We also automatically collect limited technical data when you visit our site, such as your browser type and pages visited (via standard server logs). We do not use tracking cookies or analytics platforms at this time.

We use the information we collect to:

  • Respond to your inquiries and schedule coaching calls
  • Deliver the coaching services you purchased
  • Send you program-related updates and action items
  • Send marketing emails if you opted in (you can unsubscribe anytime)
  • Process payments through Stripe
  • Improve our services

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with:

  • Stripe: To process payments securely
  • Cal.com: To manage call scheduling (you create your own account)
  • Formspree: To receive contact form submissions
  • Email marketing provider (Klaviyo or Mailchimp): Only if you opt in to our email list

These third-party providers have their own privacy policies and are responsible for their own data handling.

5. Data Retention

We retain your information for as long as necessary to provide our services and comply with legal obligations. Contact form submissions and coaching notes are kept for the duration of the coaching relationship plus a reasonable period thereafter.

  • Request correction of inaccurate information
  • Request deletion of your information (subject to legal obligations)
  • Unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time via the unsubscribe link
