Terms & Conditions

Please read these terms carefully before enrolling in any MSM Supply Mentoring program.

1. Agreement to Terms

By purchasing or enrolling in any mentoring program, coaching call, or service offered by MSM Supply LLC ("we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, do not purchase or use our services.

2. Services Provided

MSM Supply Mentoring offers Amazon FBA/FBM coaching and mentoring services, including but not limited to:

  • One-on-one coaching calls via Google Meet
  • Direct coach access via phone and text
  • Seller guides and educational materials
  • Sourcing strategy guidance

All services are provided for educational and informational purposes only. Results are not guaranteed and will vary based on individual effort, market conditions, and other factors outside our control.

3. Payments

All payments are processed securely through Stripe. By completing a purchase, you authorize us to charge the stated amount for the selected plan. Prices are listed in USD and are subject to change without notice (except for active enrolled clients).

4. No Income Guarantee

Amazon selling involves risk. MSM Supply LLC makes no guarantee that you will earn any specific amount of money or achieve any particular result by following our guidance. Our own results ($100K+ in 6 months) are shared as an example of what is possible — not a promise or projection of your results. Your results will depend on your own effort, investment, market conditions, and many other factors.

5. Client Responsibilities

To get the most from the program, you agree to:

  • Attend scheduled coaching calls on time or reschedule with at least 24 hours' notice
  • Complete action items between sessions
  • Be honest about your situation and progress
  • Not share proprietary materials, call recordings, or sourcing strategies with third parties

6. Scheduling & Cancellations

Coaching calls must be rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance. Missed calls without notice count as used sessions. We reserve the right to terminate a coaching relationship with a pro-rated refund for remaining unused sessions if a client consistently misses calls or acts in bad faith.

7. Intellectual Property

All materials provided — including seller guides, templates, and strategies — are the intellectual property of MSM Supply LLC. You may use them for your own Amazon business but may not resell, redistribute, or use them to teach others without written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MSM Supply LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services or your Amazon selling activities, including losses from inventory purchases, account suspensions, or business decisions made based on our guidance.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, USA. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Pennsylvania.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms. We will notify active clients of material changes.
