Our Philosophy

Refund Summary by Product

Single Coaching Call ($100)	Full refund if cancelled 24+ hours before the scheduled call. No refund for same-day cancellations or no-shows.
24/7 Coach Access — Lifetime ($250)	Full refund within 7 days of purchase if no private number has been shared. No refund after the number is provided.
12-Week Mentoring ($1,500)	Full refund if requested before your first session. Pro-rated refund for unused sessions after Week 1, minus a $150 admin fee.
16-Week Mentoring ($2,000)	Full refund if requested before your first session. Pro-rated refund for unused sessions after Week 1, minus a $150 admin fee.
20-Week Mentoring ($3,000)	Full refund if requested before your first session. Pro-rated refund for unused sessions after Week 1, minus a $200 admin fee.

How Pro-Rated Refunds Work

For multi-week programs, if you request a refund after your first session, we calculate the refund as follows:

• Determine the per-session value (total price ÷ total sessions)
• Subtract the sessions already completed
• Subtract the admin fee
• The remainder is your refund

Example: You're in the 12-week program ($1,500 = $125/session) and request a refund after 4 sessions. Remaining sessions = 8 × $125 = $1,000. Minus $150 admin fee = $850 refund.

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued in the following circumstances:

• You've received and shared the coach's private phone number (for the 24/7 access product)
• You've consumed or downloaded the complete seller guide
• Refund is requested more than 30 days after the original purchase date
• Program was terminated by MSM Supply LLC due to violation of the Terms & Conditions
• You simply changed your mind after completing more than half the program

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, contact us at michael@msmsupply.net with your name, purchase date, and reason for the refund. We'll respond within 2 business days. Approved refunds are processed through Stripe and typically appear within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.

Chargebacks

We ask that you contact us before initiating a chargeback with your bank. We're always willing to work things out directly. Unwarranted chargebacks may result in being banned from future programs.
